Hi Heather,
wish I had’ve checked your surf report before I choofed over, so flat, thought I was back in St Leonards:(
Yeah, next time check in before you make the long drive over. Looks good for Monday/Tuesday next week…fingers crossed.
Must say the conditions were way better today (23/2) than I thought. So glad I went and caught a few!
Love this website, thanks Heather. I have it in my favourites and am recommending it to others!
Yeh!!! About time for some decent waves!
Great Website Heather and friends.
I was really touched by the music on the video and shot of me pointing out to sea at the most perfect wave peeling along the shore with a light northerly holding it upright with not a soul on it! My caption:….why the f*%! am I not on that wave! 😉
Looking forward to hitting some quiet grove waves with you ladies again soon.
Great daily report, much more detailed than Coastalwatch. Thanks Heather!
Loving your surf report.. You explain it in terms that I understand ! I check it everyday! Thanks heather.
This is sooooooo cooool. Great to see. Putting this in my favourites.
ooohh I never realised what the wind direction meant! I won’t need swellnet anymore! haha
Kelly
Swellnet is over-rated!! I look at Coastalwatch, Seabreeze and the weather maps to help decide what the surf’s going to do…..but you can never know for sure (Mother Nature always has surprises).
Really like how you explain what the conditions mean for the waves.
Really good plain-speak type of report.
